Lol. It was a public computer. Was some MS 365 thing. Hard to navigate. I'll have another look at it tomorrow

I've sent the form by email. The helpline sent me a pdf version. I've sent the defence paragraphs within the body of the email and as a Word document. Sent the actual form as a pdf.
For some reason, it wouldn't accept the e signature. So I did it using 'draw'. Looks part signature / part squiggle.
I hope they will accept it  😔
No. You cannot send your defence in the body of an email or as a Word doc. You must do it again, I'd say. As a PDF.

Just do it in Word (with the claim number and parties' names and the word 'defence' as headings at the top) then after signing & dating it under a Statement of Truth, save it as a PDF.. attach that to an email and double check you get an auto-acknowledgement.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hi,
The solicitors have sent me their completed N180 Directions questionnaire by email on 14/10.

I have still not had anything in the post from the court for me to do my N180.
Should I have had it by now?
Do I need to contact them or just hang fire?

    Thanks in advance

Keep checking your MCOL claim history as well as your letterbox, for knowing that it's been posted by the CNBC in Northampton

Then download it,  fill it in and email it

I was logged out of my MCOL Online account so cannot check anything there.
Do I need to contact the court to see if they have posted it or just wait?

Courts do not send N180, they come from CNBC; what do you mean "I was logged out of my MCOL Online account"?  Just log in again.
