Do I need to email my completed N180 form to DCB Legal as well as CNBC ?
The official answer is yes, copy in the info@ email address for dcb legal,  as well as the latest DQ email address seen in the 8 steps in the defence template thread post 1

If I was to miss the mediation call.
Would it go against me ?
    Would they try again ?

Am I best to call them, to avoid missing their call ?

I had the call with the mediator over 1 month ago.

I offered them £1. They refused. The mediator said this will now go for a hearing.

I have not heard anything since. Is this normal?

The email after the mediation call said this, "If not already done so. the claim will now be transferred out of our business centre to a court where standard directions will be given and you will be notified in writing of the next stages to follow."

As I am locked out of my MCOL account, will the court contact me by email or via post?

Your local nominated civil court will write to you by post, the CNBC and MCOL are no longer involved

    Hi all,

I got a letter to say, the case has been transferred to my local court.

Does that mean I will no longer get the Discontinuation option?

A regular part of the smoke and mirrors strategy of DCB Legal. Stay patient and resolute. Do what is needed to be done at the right time - please familiarise yourself with the 8 steps in the Template Defence Announcement, it’s all detailed there.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    I received this letter.

Point 1 at the bottom says it should be struck out. Can someone please explain what Point 2 means?

    Kind regards
