Sorry, this is my first message on this forum. Not sure if this is the right place to put this message.
Premier Parking Exeter (Gladstone Solicitors) took me to court today for me parking in an accessibility bay without displaying a blue badge. I have submitted all the evidence from the other area newbie section and my partners and sons medical information from the doctor.
Long story short, the judge has adjourned the case because I brought up that my partner and son are being discriminated under the Equalities Act 2010 because they are disabled but we don't have a blue badge, this was also on private land and the T&C was not clear.
The Judge has said that they need to bring someone else in that comment on the serious allegation of discrimination involving the Equalities Act 2010.
No one was at court from Gladstones, it was just me and the Judge. The judge said she is aware that I intend to counter claim for my costs.
Do I need to be worried? Hopefully, Coupon-mad can advise? Thanks in advance & sorry if this is the wrong thread. Martyn.

An adjourned j'heating isn't urgent unless you were ordered to do something by x deadline?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
