Just attach it and put in the email that you want to draw the attached persuasive appeal case to the attention of the allocating Judge, and the Claimant.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

  • No you can't but you can send it with the DQ.
    Thanks for the suggestion

do I need to send updated defence or just additional point with CEL judgment ?
You can't "amend" your defence after submission. Well, actually you can but you need to pay £108 for the privilege.

    will do. Thanks
  • Hi All

UKCPM bombarded with invoices, dates were from back in April 23 ?

Total 5 letters received on same day, see images.

I have a permit now for car park and it seems their ANPR camera captured the images going and coming back.

I believe they all are now out of date if i am not wrong, can someone advise what can be done ?

They've sent several PCNs now from events back in April?  Unusual for UKCPM.

Appeal as registered keeper to every one separately NOT IMPLYING WHO WAS DRIVING) then use the actual Judges' transcripts from VCS v Chan and Excel v Smith for an IAS appeal.

It will be interesting to see what the IAS make of those two transcripts. Worth a go just for the laugh to see how a so-called lawyer (anonymous) at the IAS wriggles out of persuasive appeal judgments x 2.

Will do, but I read somewhere that after 28 or 30 days of incident, they can not issue invoice ?

Without reading back over the thread, the following might be worthy of note...

Anyone can send anyone else an invoice whenever they like.

The DVLA allows parking companies up to six months following a parking incident to retrieve keeper details.
Their trade association, BPA or IPC, allow the parking company another month to get a Notice to Keeper to the vehicle's keeper.

Anyone, including parking companies, have up to six years in England and Wales to chase a debt through the court.

No idea where you read that.

We know what we are doing.
