Does anyone have the email address to complain to Play.com about undelivered items.

i ordered a play and charge kit for my 360 from play.com on the 14th december and it still hasnt arrived. if it doesnt arrive in tomorrows post i will be letting play.com know. the annoying thing is they say they wait 21 days before trying to trace a lost item.

I am waiting for something from amazon, should have been here on the 22nd, amazon will not look into it until it is 3 days late - being christmas day!

I have got 4 outstanding parcels - 3 from Play and one from HMV that were despatched on 12 December. Hope that they turn up tomorrow as 2 are presents for other people or I will have to brave the shops tomorrow to replace them.

There's aways delivery nightmares on there from both buyers and sellers.

I'm still waiting for a DVD boxset from HMV which was supposedly dispatched on the 13th.... It was for a present so I had to go into town today to buy another one. I am working tomorrow so can't risk it not arriving in the morning as all the shops will be closed when I finish work. Bought the replacement from HMV and paid £15 more in the shop than online.....

I'm STILL waiting for a shopping delivery from ASDA- it should have arrived yesterday & contains ALL MY CHRISTMAS DAY'S SHOPPING. :eek:

I'm waiting for their 'customer services' department to open at 8am to hear their excuses. I made several phone calls last night to be repeatedly told 'Yes, we will be delivering your order tonight'. Ha! Oh no they didn't.

Now I'm faced with:

• hanging around today (if they tell me they'll deliver it today) despite having travel plans, or
• accepting a cancellation & EVENTUALLY getting a refund (my accounts already been debited). This'll mean going overdrawn AND spending hours fighting through the supermarket queues AND getting a taxi home (as I don't drive).

Oh, woe is me :mad:

I was waiting for two items from Amazon but received an email Friday night to say that I would have them before Christmas and that one item (which hadn't been despatched) would be sent special delivery at their cost.

Unfortunately for me, I had put down my work address so that I would be there and they have arrived but I had booked today off work so now about to drive in to work to get them.
