Good evening ladies
Vibes to your DD Valli xx
Piggers, I hope and pray the assessment reveals what you already know I think in your heart of hearts. Big love to you xx
Today involved 7 hours of work, 3 hours of outside jobs at home including chopping up an old, manky dresser and loading it into the car for the tip. Nice lamb dinner cooked and DW is now on. Small glass of wine for me now then bed.Sleep well all xx7 -
bathroom got cleaned, floor left to dry while i nipped for my blood test. Once again i managed to get in and out sufficiently quickly that i didn’t incur any parking charges.
M&S en route home for pie for tea, also spuds. Been to the aged Ps tonight. Set their DW on a clean cycle. Home via friends to drop off card and gift and coop for cobs (baps, tea cakes or rolls) for our lunches tomorrow. liberated strawberries from aged Ps so had to buy cream. Rather surprised to have more rain in the night - most welcome, but not forecast. Followed by a rather muggy, sometimes sunny day and now it is raining again. The garden looks heaps better for it, I have picked quite a few strawberries for the last few days and the weeds are easier to pull out.
went for gym swim. Still wrestling with crawl but managed 3 separate lengths of it!
Friend not well so lunch out cancelled.
swept kitchen floor
rang GP to make appt for pneumococcal vaccine.
did some drum practice.
Pulled out miles of bindweed.
Clipped an archway we have through a hedge as it was like taking a shower walking through it after the rain.
Fed tomato plants.
Listened to a bit of a webinar so that's another thing removed from my 'flagged emails' task list.

And after days of trying, finally managed to log into utilities account and change the monthly debit - not to the figure we feel is right but not to their ridiculously extortionate level either.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.8

Have popped the dresses into the WM … last years summer dress and my recent M@talan sale bargain as that’s about all i wear these hot days.
Have also put my phone on charge as i have a telephone appt later (possibly the only good thing to come out of the pandemic, these phone appts, because I no longer have to traipse to steel city for a chat, I can do it in my work day) and i’ve put the vacuum battery on to charge, too.
I had to take my knitting back a lot of rows, as i spotted a mistake in the pattern. I’m knitting a cot blanket, through a final recipient is not decided. At the rate i’m knitting it it could be race if the baby were to be conceived anytime soon!

Morning all
Animals fed. Second load in the WM, DUPA. Cuppa being slurped and I’ve written a list for the day. I seem to have a lot to do, in addition to 6 hours at work. I’ll wriggle it all in, I’m sure.
Have lovely days all xx8 -
My vertical half hour overran but was productive as i stuck another washload in and cleared the ironing pile - the thought of the double height pile it would have been later today was just too depressing.
Back in bed with a coffee and my tablets…a heap of 5 as it includes a vitamin D tablet, an anti nausea tablet and a hay fever tablet as well as my two prescribed tablets (all authorised -don’t panic).
6 hours at the paid stuff today. Tea will be a reprise of Monday’s so it’s practically ready (chicken goujon and salad wraps)Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Morning all.
So far today: dog walk, dailies, work shift, two wash loads now on line, sorted a drawer that wouldn't close because of the carp in it and sorted a cupboard where the contents fell on my head each time I opened it.
Off out soon for lunch with friends.Spend less now, work less later.8 -
