    So it's the worst switch, rather than worst bank? Mine went smoothly, 1x to Lloyds and 2x to Halifax over the last few years. Wait till you try Co-op, which involves fiddling around with PDF files (even for things such as lowering your existing overdraft. :smile:

    What did surprise me was how easy it was to initially set up they never asked for a photo copy of my passport and I didn't have to do a selfie. A bit like the old days lol

    So are they no longer the "worst bank ever?".
    As for being the "worst switch", well, no. They switched the account in 7 working days, which the shortest time they could have done it and they paid the switching bonus one day later. Pretty good I reckon.  :D

     No I started the switch on thurs 8th june and it actually got switched Tue 20th June. With a tremendous amout of hassle inbetween!
