lloyds worst bank ever!
I'm switching from NatWest to Lloyds I started on the Thurs 8th June it's now Sat 17th June. I've not been able to use my NatWest debit card since last Wednesday.
I contacted Lloyds about the switch and they had an old mobile down for
me which I've not used for 5 years. I've never been with Lloyds. So the adviser
told me I had to go 7 miles away into branch to get my mobile changed. I changed
it on the app in 2 seconds.
I rang them again and they said they'd put me through to the switcher team. Closed!
Rang again next day asked to be put through to the switcher team but
instead spoke to another lacky who thought the switch would take place soon.
I was told yesterday to ring today Saturday and speak to someone on the switcher team if the transfer hadn't taken place by then.
Sure, enough still no transfer. Rang again today and the person said they’d put me through to the switcher team. I asked are they open. He had to check, yes, they are open I'll put you through...Lo and Behold...Closed!
What a Joke this rabble are. This is definitely the worst switch I've experienced so far.
