    The eventual tedious court claim will still be discontinued by DCBLegal once you get to WS stage.  As always...!

    I contacted NEXT head office yesterday, and they are very helpful, they asked me to send them the evidence plus that email in which they asked to pay £20 admin cost (the person on the phone was not happy about this )  he also mentioned that they advice parking companies on sale day to extend the stay hours limit, so I am very hopeful it should resolve.

    I will update here.
