UK PC Claims received

Actually that's good because you got away without paying hundreds and that was a court error. Best not to alert the Judge to it!
Leave that stage behind and now onto the final furlong:the judge has agreed to consolidate all of the claims and transfer them all to Luton CC.
She did look at the POCs and the photos in the Claimants bundle including pics of vehicles and signage etc, and she mentioned discrepancies between the photos and the POC (ie the POCs mentioned vehicles being 'outside the markings' and the photos show that the vehicles are all well within the markings.
She said with almost a wink in my direction that that 'might' be an issue for the Claimants going forward.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all. I received the Order regarding my recent hearing at Luton (below). The CCJ has now been removed, woohoo! However there's no mention of costs being paid by Claimant even though this was agreed in the courtroom and the Claimants representative took my bank details after the Hearing. I'm not overly worried about this in the great scheme of things but should I follow it up? Is there any point? ...as the judge seems to have forgotten to include it on the Order. Also how would I go about following it up?

I'm also wondering (looking at the order) if I should be providing all the Claims to the court? This wasn't mentioned in the Hearing. I gave the judge a list of all Claim numbers at the time. But the order is a bit vague and I don't want to miss anything.1 -
Unfortunate typo on the order too where it says: " Upon it therefore being accepted that this was a regular judgment"
Should say "Irregular" surely!2 -
Yes this is a typo .2

Have they not completed the last sentence:-
" Transcript from the Court of Appeal:...to consider consolidation and/or listing of the cases at the same. - um place?, time?2 -
You must attach that Order to an email and cc in the Claimant's solicitors and object that the Order is incorrect and does not reflect the proceedings. Ask that the Order be amended under the slip rule, in that:
(a) it says the judgment was 'regular' (should be irregular);
(b) it fails to mention the Defendant's costs which were awarded against the Claimant, even though this was agreed in the courtroom and the Claimants representative took the Defendant's bank details after the Hearing;
(c) the final sentence has a word missing at the end so the meaning is unclear.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks all. I will send an email to Luton Justice Centre with DCBL copied in.2

Hi everyone, I have received the following reply to my email.
Dear Madam,
Please be advised that we cannot amend the judges order, any request must be made in the form of an application for a judges consideration.
I'm guessing my next email needs to be a request for details on how to go about applying for a judges consideration, as they have unhelpfully omitted this information.

They just mean N244 like you did before. Another application. It would cost £119 though (tick 'without a hearing).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
