Is it correct to say that it is settled law in relation to parking on private land that a parking charge displayed on signage should be set at a level that includes the cost of operating the scheme? If so which would be the best reported case to back this statement up please?0

Brittania Parking v Crosby (2019) okay?0

Absolutely NOT.allshallbewell said:Brittania Parking v Crosby (2019) okay?
I won that case as lay rep but it's old news. Its sister case was overturned on appeal so Crosby should never be used.
Which is why it isn't in the NEWBIES thread.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorry - I'd forgotten that Crosby had been overturned on appeal. I didn't mention that case in the Defence I sent in last June for that reason. How does one still justify calling a £60 debt collection charge an abuse of process; presumably because it wasn't clearly displayed on signage? Noted there was no such added charge in Beavis.0

You just use the recent WS exemplars. All five cover this point. Take your pick!
Then make it your own, add in your photos and add this:
