If you're on E7 then the whole property will be on the Low rate at the appropriate times, regardless of whether the circuit is switched by the meter.

That what I understand, it was one electrician prev' that commented only heating could make use of eco7 low rate.
Though towards summer 18/19c seems excellent overnight, maybe 21/23 for late hour or two.
Very impressed with Dimplex fresh clean air effect, I guess its most of new heaters have that nice clean effect.
