I may have missed someone else flagging it up, but the VRM, bwlegal claim number and MCoL password are all visible on those images you have posted. It is advisable to redact all such information, so you may want to edit that post!
I have done so, I have re posted attachments minus any personal info, hopefully!

Proof of payment (in defendant’s name) for long term airport parking. This should help reinforce that a wrong turn was in fact made and that the drop off zone was not required or used.

We were advised that if we ignored this document and didn’t defend that a CCJ would be automatically issued against my nephew’s credit rating.
Yes that's true, had your nephew ignored a court claim he would have got a CCJ. But he defended it (good) and just needs us - and you - holding his virtual hand now.

Come back here when he gets a hearing date, as we can help perfect a decent Witness Statement.

Dear Coupon-mad and others who helped with advice,
We’re happy to report that the case has been dropped.
Our MP wrote a letter and it worked! NCP have instructed BW Legal to cease any action.
We are now armed with how to do things should we be unlucky again.
    A hearty thank you! 😊
    Yay!  Well done!

Did you get a Notice of Discontinuance yet?

ANOTHER BW LEGAL NCP ONE BITES THE DUST!

We are also fighting the entire war, not just single battles.  The law is about to change.  Huge improvements are afoot.

I'm on the Government's Private Parking Code of Practice Steering Group and this rogue industry will be regulated within months.

I am telling you this in case you missed us talking about the upcoming Public Consultation on the level of parking charges.

Hopefully open for responses in August/September and it is the final step.

Please read that thread and bookmark it snd set email alerts on your profile, so you get a notification when the Public Consultation opens.

We need you and your wider family/friends to respond!

Motorists need the new law over the line and whilst the new Code has got most things right, it still allows a huge £100 for Airport no-stopping zones (similar to your case) which is extortionate, especially given NCP are content to accept £15 as the 14 day discount... clearly £100 is unnecessary extortion for a few seconds.

I hope you will come back in August and join us for the final push!

We just received the email from MP today so no official notice of discontinuance as yet. We’re 100% onboard for helping with that final push for legislation. We’ll read the thread and get ourselves up to speed!
