You have all the time in the world.
Today is not an important deadline.
You should reply by email this week, stating that this latest address (that this letter came to is correct and they and their clients must erase your old address data immediately as the old address is NOT good for service. And you expect ParkingEye to now reissue the PCN afresh as the Government's new incoming Code of Practice will require, or are ParkingEye avoiding it in the hope of eventually beating the Government into submission at Judicial Review? Good luck with that, no chance. Cease and desist.
Be as arsy as you like to this rogue industry.
Not in Scotland, this parking event, was it?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No this was not in Scotland, this was in Essex where I live , you now make me a bit confused to be honest, or maybe you do not understand me or is maybe I was not very explicit. I do not know if they sent this to my old adress, because this penalty was after I moved actually . Is just a guessed from my myself or probabbly they sent it to my new adress and I did not see it. Sometimes happens because i do not have a door number and sometimes the post dont find the correct adress and put it in other houses arround. So just to be clear, should I just ignore it or should I ask them to erase my old adress ? Is doing what you said about sent it a email??Coupon-mad said:You have all the time in the world.

You can tell when you changed the address on your V5C (logbook) and that date - bottom left - will tell you which address ParkingEye would have harvested from the DVLA within days of the parking event.
This will reveal all, I expect, if you don't yet know which address was on the PCN.
We assume the logbook is up to date now and maybe you were just unlucky with the date you changed it.
Nothing to do with the address on your driving licence. it's the logbook. Sorry if I'm stating the obvious.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
