    That's a debt collectors letter.

The fourth post of the NEWBIES thread
explains exactly how to deal with debt collector's letters, but to summarise that post - ignore them.
  • Thanks Keith, that's what I'd thought and have been doing, but wanted to make sure.

Hi, am I still OK to ignore these from QDR? This is the second note from them. I want to avoid a CCJ being on my record. If they do pursue this in court (will they?) will I have the chance to 1) fight it and 2) pay it before my credit rating being impacted? Thanks in advance.
If you are having to ask those questions, can I politely suggest that you reread the NEWBIE sticky, where you should find all the answers.

This is that case where you mistakenly appealed and handed Wing your data on a plate, I guess, because they couldn't have got it from the DVLA.

Nothing will happen IMHO.  The people who run Wing are pretty much retired and decided not to even bother to re-join the BPA.

I very much doubt that this almost dead firm has a litigation agreement with QDR.  That's just a letter sent by ZZPS.  It is not a real LBC

    IGNORE IT.

I hope you & your visitors and neighbours are enjoying the complete freedom to park that you all have!

Even that email address can be a ZZPS one.  That letter is nothing to worry about.

So happy that no-one in the block who is in the know, will be handing their data to Wing!
