The court doesn't like the POC submitted by the Claimant. You have nothing to do other than wait to see if they supply fuller details as required by the court by 6 May.  If they do (and we have no idea whether they will or won't) deal with that stage then.

What the hell is all that about?  What have you used to copy that into your post?  Please check carefully what it is you are asking us to comment on before posting.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

You don't need to ask ChatGPT which is IMHO an appallingly bad/lazy platform that chats rubbish.  Ask us first please, not ChatGPT (shudder...).

Clearly the claim is struck out - so you will have won by this time next month, if the C doesn't respond to the satisfaction of the court.  No action needed by you. Let us know what arrives, if anything, by May.

    Which court?
Manchester Crown Court - Ive not received any other information or letters yet - MCOL account also has this as the latest update

DQ filed by claimant on 12/09/2023

You filed a DQ on 08/11/2023

Your claim was transferred to MANCHESTER on 08/11/2023

Mcol activity expired when they transferred it to Manchester court last November , it will never be updated further

You cannot check the progress at Manchester court unless you actually contact them, probably by phone

I did not receive any further correspondence by post.... Does this mean the claim has been struck out?

Sorry, I copied the correspondance which arrived by post by OCR (character recognition) It did not do a very good job at the bottom, I should have double checked before posting. It was not of much use anyway.

It's a copy of an order made by the judge telling both parties that whoever signed the claim form is intellectually malnourished and needs to resubmit more detailed PoC and answer the specific questions asked.

It is sent to both parties, as required, but is for the Claimant or their equally useless solicitors to respond to. Nothing for you to do right now. The judge has thrown them a bit of a lifeline by allowing them to resubmit their PoC. However, as you have managed to screw up the detail in your post, I'm sure there is more to the required answers plus you should also have been given an opportunity to respond to the new PoC, if/when they arrive.

Thanks I believe they had no capacity to respond to this and therefore have not submitted another claim. Is this the reason I have still not recieved any further correspondence, which was due by May 6th? How long would i have to wait to get evidence of the claim being struck out.

As I said earlier, you should contact the court for any answers, they are not going to reply on here

Once the claim was transferred to the Manchester court, as an unrepresented litigant in person its your job to conduct your own case, including dealing with the court in Manchester
