Some days/weeks after filing your defence, the CCBC will send you a DQ N180 form, that must be completed & returned to the claimant and the court, explained here:Yes, there are a couple of new Qs in the tedious N180 form; please DON'T post asking about how to answer them:https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/79250068#Comment_79250068
I am quoting the above from the sticky. This does in no way tell me where I send the form. I have just sent to the postal address neither does it tell me anyting about not posting. It gives me directions on what to fill on the form which I have done0 -
Also my claim history suggest the following can you advise if this mean that the court has issued me a DQ and I was definitely meant to fill this out already and send back to courtClaim HistoryCase Stay Lifted on 12/09/2023DQ sent to you on 12/09/2023DQ filed by claimant on 12/09/20230

The 12-point check list tells you to send the DQ by e-mail to the same address that you used for your defence. The CNBC/CCBC (the court administration service) sent you a DQ (by post) on 12/09/23 but posters have reported it taking several days to reach them. You could, if you want, download a DQ - N180, fill it in and send it by e-mail, now you know that yours has been sent.2

Here it is again...KeithP said:zubz91 said:I have tried to follow this multiple times I'm not sure If I am just too stupid to find this 12 point check list on the forum as I have not been able to follow it, clearly.
I am following the court procedure and this is where I got my info from
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5546325/court-claim-procedure-updated-october-2016/p1.
Can some one please update me on where I can find the 12 points and send me a link specifically. I will be very grateful
It is the checklist you were following when you filed a Defence.
Items 9 and 10 on that checklist say...Also, the last lines on the Directions Questionnaire, just below the signature box on page 4, do state...2 -

I have also sent this to the DPO at DCBL - not sure where else to send this other than the DPO email.
