Just read the first post in the template defence thread where you will find the 12-point checklist that you should be following.

They are several weeks, if not months, behind. Don't worry.

You have a copy in your 'sent' folder don't you, and you sent a copy to the Claimant?

You have obviously not read the Newbies/FAQ thread or at least not understood it. It specifically states that you do not waste your money of "special delivery" by Royal Mail. The copy of the N180 can easily be sent to anyone as an attachment by email. If you insist on sending something by Royal Mail, then you just go to any post office and request a free "certificate of posting".

Please go back and re-read 12-point checklist in the very first post of the Template defence thread and also the Newbies/FAq thread so that you don't waste even more money and make basic mistakes.

Despite the NEWBIE sticky advising not to use any signed for service because, if the recipient refuses delivery, they have proof of non-delivery, not what you want!

You are currently in breach.  You had to send a copy to the solicitors, and the best way is by email as the Template Defence tells you.

I have tried to follow this multiple times I'm not sure If I am just too stupid to find this 12 point check list on the forum as I have not been able to follow it, clearly.

I am following the court procedure and this is where I got my info from

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5546325/court-claim-procedure-updated-october-2016/p1

Can some one please update me on where I can find the 12 points and send me a link specifically. I will be very grateful

The opening post on the template Defence thread contains the checklist you are looking for.
It is the checklist you were following when you filed a Defence.

Items 9 and 10 on that checklist say...

Also, the last lines on the Directions Questionnaire, just below the signature box on page 4, do state...

You have read and used the Template Defence thread, so no link is needed to find it again.  It's an Announcement pinned at the top of the forum, same place it was when you used it to write your defence.
