Wii - let down by Amazon

nothing in life is guaranteed, if you wanted it for xmas then should have planned and bought earlier. But does it really make a difference if you have it for the 25th or not, most ppl get so much crap that one less toy isn't going to make a lot of difference.
if you want/need something that bad then you have have to get up earlier!
Amazon use lots of delivery companies, once it's out of thier warehouse there's little they can do.
theres just to much common sense in that reply0 -
Actually, Sssss, we only ordered it because Amazon had said they could get it to us by Christmas. We had long since given up any hope of getting a Wii before Christmas and if I hadn't seen on this forum that they had more in stock I wouldn't have bothered looking. We never would've ordered it if they had just said "due to expected demand we can't promise Christmas delivery"
And I'm more concerned about the rubbish customer service from Amazon (wrong emails, false promises, wrong information) than not getting it in time - we told the kids not to expect one for Christmas, but it would've been nice if Amazon had done their jobs properly.0
