i went on to my order page on amazon, and then there was a button on the right that said "contact customer services" and you've got the choice of email or phoning.
i don't know what the number is because there was an option for them to call you right back, so i didn't have to phone them at all.
hope this helps0 -

Just spoke to the troops at Amazon and they swear that a delivery truck did not turn up yesterday although they expect to ship deliveries out today/tomorrow so still a slight poss of delivery on the 24th (though my account reading that delivery will be post-xmas). Ah well - best pick one up from Argos as well just in case.0

I had an email from shopto.net yesterday and they are still selling the Wii bundles with delivery for christmas. Hope that helps.0

I got my Wii weeks ago, but although I had not paid for an enhanced delivery service, it was labelled as a Saturday delivery. So there is still hope ... xGone ... or have I?0

I ordered a Wii from Amazon late december last year (just before Christmas( and I received on a Saturday just before Christmas (despite what the order tracker status says)...good luck you never know! That was with normal 1st class delivery i think too.0

Hi there
A journalist from the Telegraph is writing an article about people buying goods for Christmas online and them not arriving in time.
He'd really like to interview somebody that this has happened too - it would be great if you could have a quick chat for him (it also might also help your case, if it's published in the Telegraph!).
If this sounds like something you'd be up for, please PM me your telephone number and I will pass it on to the journalist.
Thanks and Happy Christmas!

Same story of a wed evening order with extra paid for delivery today here.
Amazon now saying they don't know what is happening, don't know when they'll get new stock and don't even know if the one my account say is being prepaired for dispatch exists or not (been showing that status from minutes after my order). They are claiming all it means when the web site says in stock is they had it in stock at some point during the few hours before when you look. Now I'm not an expert on logistics but I'm sure that it isn't that hard to link online shops to stock databases in real time, after all most of industry operates on just in time systems that rely on knowing exactly what comes into stock and what is used up in real time. Surly someone operating such a big stock moving operation as Amazon must be capable of doing the same!
Oh and they say even though they don't know if it exists I can't cancel because it is being prepaired for dispach!0
