Outstanding payment to ID MOBILE

Hi
i switched SIM card providers however made the mistake of cancelling direct debits with ID mobile before final payment had been made. I am owing £2 and it’s affecting credit rating.
i switched SIM card providers however made the mistake of cancelling direct debits with ID mobile before final payment had been made. I am owing £2 and it’s affecting credit rating.
The SIM contract with ID mobile were for my three children and I have no details other than their mobile numbers.
Does anyone have a phone number where I can actually talk to make payment? Or another suggestion?

Hi, can i ask if you got this resolved with ID mobile? I cancelled my sim within 2 days of receiving it as there were problems and i also cancelled the direct debit. I had a final bill of £1.68 which they said i had to pay online but then it wouldn't let me as i hadn't registered the sim. I had no further contact form them but have recently seen that they have given me an adverse credit note on my file saying that there were 3 months of missed payments. Total nightmare!2

ID mobile are cheap but their customer service is appalling - the reason I moved elsewhere. I had a problem & despite raising a complaint (with great difficulty) nobody bothered to contact me to resolve this, claimed to have called but no voicemail or missed calls. I went elsewhere, small credit on bill so assumed this would go through to my account using DDR process but no - I actually have to request a refund!! I expect most people don’t bother so they are keeping all these small refunds due to customers. AVOID!!

Why would you cancel a direct debit as soon as you switch? Mobile companies cancel the direct debit themselves once they've taken the final payment. Massive own goal.1
