Nicely done. UKPC is the most prolific 'leaving the site' chancer of the whole bunch. They never have any proof, even if they have a photo of the driver (or passenger), it proves nothing. Yet there must be dozens falling for this stunt and sending them money. 

Hope your neighbours can now sleep easy, and well done you for helping them out. 

Please come back later this month when the Govt through the DLUHC goes out to consultation on the upcoming mandatory Code of Practice following legislation aimed at bringing sense to this out of control sector.  We are in the final stages where Govt is taking views on the level of the Parking Charge and whether debt recovery fees are allowable.

This was only possible through the guidance available on this forum and few other places. I tried to research as much as I could, as my aim was to stop this at the earliest, avoiding all the stress neighbours gone through in past when ignored first letter and to stop those threatening letters they pais hefty charges to avoid the stress and worries they were going through.

Such practices must be stopped, and I will try wherever possible, in whatever capacity I can, to help individuals and this forum's members. I have bookmarked the thread you have suggested and will keep an eye on the updates.

You all are doing wonderful work and I appreciate every single bit of it, and so do my neighbours now as well.
