Morning all xx
Is there another way to eat rice pudding? I fancied some a couple of weeks ago but it was £1.60 a tin in Mr C00p so I went without!
I'm up, made my bed, sorted washing into loads, set WM swishing and supped my first brew.
I'm going to get dressed then have breakfast and brew 2 whilst composing a list.
Love to all

Morning all.
Yuck to rice pudding and yuck to custard. Can't eat either.
Just waiting for the toddlers to arrive any minute and we have them till Monday evening so I'm not expecting to do a lot of flying.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.8 -
I'm dressed and I've:
eaten breakfast
supped brew 2
pegged out first load
set second load swishing
fed the birds
put out the rubbish
fitted new bin bags
put out the recycling
Round 2
Put milk in cupboard
Recycle packaging
Tear up fizzy drinks case
Recycle same
WUDUPA
Reset boiler!!! ( I have to reset it after each use 🤷♀️. They're coming to look at it on 26th. The worst thing is if I have to reset the boiler mid-shower 🥶. I've mastered a super quick showering technique to get round this 🤣)
Coffee

Loving the eating out of tins and could quite happily eat the rice pudding.
Up and about in time to receive Milo who we are dog sitting overnight (or possibly until Monday). Taken our dog for groom at 11 so nipped into town while waiting for her to finish to get more bird food again, and nuts for squirrel as the Jackdaw keeps hogging them. DH said the blue tits were pecking on the window yesterday requesting the feeder be filled up again which he duly did!
Doogie collected and just off shortly to meet greenbee who is back in the area for a walk with both dogs and my DD.

right sleeve finished. So proud of myself. Need to join the pieces, knit a collar then finish off the sewing up.
Rhubarb processed. this counts as flying as it is shifting clutter. some washing fetched in, more washing pegged out, i did 4 loads.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily DickinsonJanice 1964-2016

Hi all
Late to the rice pudding discussions. Since DH went on his healthy eating kick 3 months ago rice pudding done in the slow cooker with just a tiny sprinkle of sweetener has become quite popular here. I like it with tinned peaches which I am sure was a treat as a small child in the 70s.
Thanks for the suggestion Valli. I have read up on grounding and I think it would have helped me, not had an anxiety attack like that for a long time.
So today, cleaned all windows downstairs, got a load of washing dry, did some garden weeding, made pizza and extra pizza sauce for the freezer, gave our mattress a bit of a clean before putting the electric blanket back on (because I dont know where else to store it), also managed to read my book outside in the sun a little.
DS1 and GF called, they are going out with some friends locally and staying here tonight, but I think DS is at work early tomorrow. Hoping I sleep tonight, still feel a little jittery.

Great walk with greenbee yesterday afternoon in the sunshine. The wind was still cold though but a good catch up and coffee afterwards. Zero flying done other than to declutter the chicken I had defrosted and then never used in the week to make dinner.
Today has been pretty chilled. Visit to mum and dad and took flowers and a card for mum's birthday, did a small shop for bits for lunches this week on the way back. Then a long walk with both dogs down to the riverfront where DH and I sat in the sunshine and had a couple of beers and some tapas. Made a lovely change as we really don't get out much together. I'm afraid to say I had a nap when we came in, a sign of getting older maybe. Chicken and potatoes are now in the oven and the veg are prepped to go in shortly. Just doing some finance updates with the weekend receipts while I am waiting. Flying is down to the dailies only.
Hope your migraine disappears soon piggersMortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!6 -
