No mention whatsoever of the "Fairer Share" in the member newsletter....  why might that be, I wonder?

How do you sign up for the newsletter please? I’m registered for marketing via email but have never got it
I've been getting it since I joined Nationwide and can't recall ever signing up for the members newsletter. How long have you been registered for marketing via email? It took them about a month to send me my first newsletter. Other than that all I can think is that I signed up to their savings watch at around the time I joined, but savings watch is a separate set of emails so I wouldn't have thought it would have much bearing on the situation.
That’s odd - I’ve been signed up for over a year! Maybe I need to complain, not got anywhere with CS
I assume that you've already tried the usual checking the junk email folder and that sort of thing. Have you been getting all the other emails from Nationwide?

I suppose one option would possibly be to unsubscribe then resubscribe to marketing emails and/or savings watch and see if that does anything, though I doubt it should have much of an impact but may be worth a shot, I've seen stranger things work with some of the other financial institutions I've used.

If that doesn't work then possibly look at complaining if you want to but if worst comes to the worst I am more than happy to send you a screenshot of the newsletters if you're particularly eager to read them in the meantime though.
Nothing in junk - I got fairer share emails etc. - it seems really odd. Good suggestion - I did try unsubscribing and resubscribing, but only in June so it may not have had a chance to filter through yet. That’s really kind - if you could send a screenshot of the june one that’d be great please! I’ll take it up with nationwide later this month once exams are over - I might try a branch before complaining, sometimes they are more receptive than digital staff
I wouldn't bother complaining about not receiving the newsletter @ForumUser7 - you're really not missing out on anything exciting!

I delete mine but I've found the December edition. It contained:
    - A generic 'Merry Christmas' message/illustration
    - A link to some Cost of Living tips
    - A link to their Savings Account page
    - A charity appeal on behalf of Shelter
    - A link to some information about how to avoid being scammed when Christmas shopping
    - A link to an article about house price movements

Takes two seconds to read and contains nothing useful.

Thanks @thebanker - the June edition contained helpful information that the AGM was upcoming - I don’t think I would’ve known that without seeing a screenshot of the letter (until my pack arrived but it’s helpful to know to await it). Personally, I don’t think it’s a complaint worthy issue - but the fact I’ve spent lots of time speaking with several agents trying to get it sorted, and remained unsuccessful, feels like it might be. I wish providers made things simpler - perhaps I need to do the good old fashioned visit to speak with the branch manager who can hopefully have a look behind the scenes, sort it, and get back to me. Failing that, maybe a complaint maybe not - my concern is that if I’m missing some communications, have I been missing anything else important - any statutory notices etc. or information about my accounts possibly
