I now received a letter saying Notice of Transfer of Proceedings

Please see the attached.

Does it means I will have to wait for the hearing?

This is all covered in the 12-point checklist in the first post of the Template defence thread. You should have a copy of that list handy so the you can refer to it as and when you receive more correspondence and to know what you need to do and by when.

This is one of those multi office buildings which was recently sold.  Googling this refers to excellent parking and a multi storey car park at the back.  Those 4 spaces which you pass as you go round the back do seem to have a UKPC sign with its back to the approaching driver which I think says no unauthorised parking.  No idea if the sign was there when you parked as pictures I found were 2022.
