GTR_King said:No my plug/wall socket looks like that with 1 Ethernet socket in most rooms of my flat, where the Ethernet port goes from that to my router with Adapter for phone line if needs be, so will that not work for ultrafast fibre? How do I get that installed into my flat? Think I have FTTP as get speeds up to 30MBPS-60MBPS but not sure tho
Part of the FTTP ordering process is that Openreach will survey your property to decide how best to get full fibre to your property.
That said, all the above is academic unless your Landlord agrees to an FTTP installation for the whole block.

Thank you mate I think the Management company will accept it at some point but city Fibre is doing the cables in my area not openreach my Ethernet port looks like this so not sure what it is that I am getting0

Thats a BT phone jack, its not RJ450

Last photo shows ADSL style filter attached to a "telephone" socket NOT an ethernet port ,so you have ADSL or FTTC. As already stated ,you will need a totally new installation for full fibre which will require the cooperation of the building freeholders.
This has proved problematic in a block of apartments local to my home as Cityfibre have refused to retrofit their cables.1 -
Thanks for that will have to contact them0
