You can watch the AGM live. No doubt they will publish them after.

If you check Trustpilot you will see a lot of unhappy customers. No one would use a company with that level of dissatrisfaction.
If you check Trustpilot you'll see a lot of unhappy customers of every company.
It's in the nature of people, at least in this country, to complain when they are unhappy, but not say anything good.
How many Nationwide customers who received the £100 have gone onto Trustpilot with a positive comment ?

But most of those Customer's, unlike Nationwide Members don't have a vote !

If the same proportion (3.3% ie 530,000 of the circa 16M Members that voted last Yr)  of the 3.4M Members that received the Fairer Share Distribution voted this year, it would equate to less than 113,000 Votes but in practice would probably still be significantly less than this, because as we all know, by the law of averages, those who are happy with something (or as in this case received something) are usually less motivated to register that satisfaction (AKA Vote) than those who who are unhappy and more motivated to register their dissatisfaction

Always struggle to see why the directors receive different amounts of votes. Who engages with Nationwide enough to have for/against the Directors? I could understand voting against all or none of them.

As a rule I would vote against all of them, but there have been times in the recent past where the Board didn't seem very balanced where I would withhold my vote in relation to a Board member with a characteristic which was under-represented on the Board, rather than a straight vote 'against' them.

I suspect there are others who might (say) vote 'for' the female candidates, but 'against' the men.

This also touches on a point I made on another thread - if people aren't looking at who they are voting for (and if there are exactly the number of candidates as available seats) then what is the point in having a vote (with all the costs that entails) in the first place?  This part of the AGM is a simple rubber-stamping of the status quo.

I don't know whether anyone has mentioned / posted this already but just spotted this in my Voting Invitation email ....

Having, post Pandemic, introduced their physical 'Hybrid' AGM at Swindon last year - 2022 (where members could either attend and participate in person or Online), seem odd why they would choose to revert to solely Online attendance and participation this year - Now I wonder what the reason for that is ?
