Anyone who thinks they are eligible not got it yet? Mine arrived this morning. I was wondering if some may arrive early, like the supermarket Cashback. But IIRC the wording was different, supermarket was by 12th June (within 6 weeks of month end), £100 was between 13th June and 30th JuneIf you want me to definitely see your reply, please tag me @forumuser7 Thank you.

Don't know what time the payment landed in my account but I just received a text informing me it had been paid and sure enough it was there.
I no longer check the forums as regularly as I used to. If you wish to catch my attention please remember to tag me (@ircE) so I get a notification.0 -
Whilst I am pleased to hear that Nationwide have been true to their word and promptly distributed their 'Fairer Share' Bonus to those Members who qualify ... I sincerely hope that all 3.4M of you don't post to confirm you have received your Bonus ! ... Without wishing to 'Spoil the Party' might I suggest that going forward the resources of the Forum this Thread and all those who are following it would be better served to only report instances where qualifying Members (already notified by Nationwide) haven't received their Bonus Payment ?10

Just checked this evening, me and hubby both got the £100 each (our savings are joint) and also our 17 year old received the £100 (so pleased I encouraged her to open a regular savings account a few months ago when she got a part time job) 🙂1

Hi, we have a joint account (FlexPlus) and whilst £100 was credited yesterday I have been onto Nationwide chat today asking where the other £100 is. I have been advised to check eligibility factors and request that my wife logins into her Internet banking which she doesn't have to confirm if she is eligible and if so she will receive this (into our joint account) by the end of June. My understanding as this is a joint account and we have received one payment that we are both eligible. Has anyone had this scenario where on a joint account only one payment has been received? Thanks0

What if you have a joint account? If there is more than one account holder, each of you will be a member of Nationwide, so these terms and conditions apply to each of you individually. This means that if a qualifying current account, or qualifying mortgage is in joint names, the product and the whole of any balance will count towards each individual’s eligibility for the payment.
For example, if you hold a qualifying current account and a qualifying mortgage jointly with someone else, you will both be eligible to receive the payment.
Similarly, qualifying savings will take account of the whole of any savings and cash ISA balances you hold in your sole name and those you hold jointly.
When and how will the payment be made?
We will pay the money into your Nationwide current account. If you hold more than one current account with us, we may pay the money into any of those accounts. We will pay the money into an account in your sole name if you have one and will pay it into a joint account if you do not.
Seems there should be 2 payments - bear in mind they have between 13th June and 30th June to make these

Does your wife also meet the criteria?
- Clearly she meets the current account condition as you both do via your joint account.
- However does she also have sufficient savings or a mortgage, either in joint names with you or in her own name? It will be no good to her (for this) if you have a sole savings account so you as an individual met both criteria but she does not have savings in her name.
In our case luckily our savings account at Nationwide is held jointly, as well as our joint current account, so we each met both test.0 -

Interesting... the criteria are:To be eligible, you must have one of the following product combinations:
- A qualifying current account and qualifying savings
- A qualifying current account and a qualifying mortgage.
The paid-for FlexPlus account meets the current account bit (for both of you if it's a joint account). But you still need either savings or a mortgage as well, either jointly or each in your own right.
Are you saying that you've had the payment without having any savings or mortgage at all, sole or joint?
If so, that seems more like a mistake of theirs in giving it to you, rather than a mistake in not giving it to your wife, so maybe you had better not chase it up!0 -
