    Can you link to this please, that sounds a really interesting piece of legislation that could further put a nail in the coffin of the rental market.
    That’s because I’m fairly sure it’s a piece of legislation that only exists in fairy land.

    Never said it was legislation, I proposed it as a solution to a landlord evicting due to selling and then not selling - the 'not going to happen' was the giveaway. There's some snarky people on here.
