My husband served in the marines and wore his uniform.
Thanks. I'm sure many have been worrying/wondering what you wore over 7 months ago.

We don't have 'marines' in the UK. We have Royal Marines, a branch of the Royal Navy. In all services, it's regarded as not done to wear uniform when no longer serving, (unless an honorary officer like members of the Royal Family) lest one be thought a Billy Big Timer (or worse, a Walt).bluelass said:Me and my husband enjoyed our wedding at peckforton castle. So your experience of UK Royal Marines may not be relevant.4
