You need to SAR UKPC requesting the data they hold on you and they must prove their statement ..
"Occupant left site. Vehicle owner/driver left site."
No, not in  UKPC / DCBLegal case. No SAR.
    but why not ?
Ambiguous PoC which do not say what the alleged infraction was, just that it was a 'breach'.

They did as the OP says ..... "driver left site"

The only way UKPC can prove that are by pictures ... hence a SAR

But does it say that in the Particulars of Claim?

    No it doesn't.

As discussed on every DCB Legal claim thread.  Do not do an early SAR.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

What is the SAR referred here ???
POC only mentions that "Driver left the site" and so they didnt follow the terms and conditions. Nothing else. Can someone explain what is SAR here and if i have to do anything related to that.
    Thanks

I don't think the Particulars of Claim say that. Please copy the POC here (minus the VRM).

Acronyms - including SAR - are already explained in the 5th post of the NEWBIES thread.  And SAR is also explained in the 2nd post of that sticky thread.

    POC:
    1. The Defendant (D) is indebted to the Claimant (C) for a Parking Charge(s) issue to vehicle XYZ at Forbury Retail Park Phase 2, Kenavon Drive, reading rg13hs.
    2. The PCN details are XYZ.
    3. The PCN(s) was issued on private land owned or managed by C. The vehicle was parked in breach of Terms on Cs sign (the contract), thus incurring the PCN(s).
    4. The driver agreed to pay within 28 days but did not.
D is liable as the driver or keeper.
Despite requests, teh PCN(s) is outstanding.
    total amount £290

    On the PCN it says

    Occupant left site.

    Vehicle owner/driver left site.

The question was about the PoC, not the PCN.
