Forbury Retail Park UKPC, DCB Legal ticket

OP, did you possibly visit the burger outlet (can't recall if it's MacDonalds or Burger King) whilst you were there? I only ask because if I recall correctly, the two car parks, whilst seemingly linked, are allegedly seperate (someone posted on the board a while back having fallen foul of that).Came over rather nostalgic when I saw @patient_dream's pic. I practically lived in that Homesense back in the day...2

thanks everyone for the comments. I have updated the points and removed the ambiguous statements.
I dont remember exactly whether we went to McDonalds or not, but we go there only to shop mostly Decathlon. Otherwise we dont go there as its about 20miles away from where we live0 -
Also the images show parking ticket sticked on the windsreen so its not from ANPR0

Decathlon is next door to Argos
As you drive in or walking, McDonalds is on the left and from memory it is a small car park run by UKPC.
To the right is the car park where Decathlon is seperate
You were in The Forbury Retail park, opposite Forbury Gardens and Reading Prison. To get to the other car park, you need to go onto the road
Where you parked there is Benson for Beds which has been there for years wheras other shops have changed hands since your ticket
Shopping at the car park, can include window shopping.
You are strongly advised to contact the landowner to get this cancelled
Yes, it will be a goon ticketer but did he take pictures of "leaving the site"?

thanks, there were no pictures provided in the claim so far of us leaving the site.
Its a ticket from UKPC so not sure which shop we went. To be honest i thought it would be Decathlon, i have no idea.0 -

You need to SAR UKPC requesting the data they hold on you and they must prove their statement ..
"Occupant left site. Vehicle owner/driver left site."
Heresay by the parking goon is not proof
No doubt you were in the car park to look at Benson for Beds, Furniture Village, Homesense etc
The UKPC sign says "For use of customers only" That is what you were DOING. The sign does not say you must buy anything ?
I repeat, contact the landowner to get this cancelled as UKPC will be causing a problem for his tenants and future sales
And, don't let the landowner be conned by UKPC saying they cannot cancel because it's now with DCBL, that would be rubbish ....... According to DCBL, UKPC many times request DCBL discontinue
HENCE this delightful thread that highlights what these merry duo get up toDCB LEGAL RECORD OF PRIVATE PARKING COURT CLAIM DISCONTINUATIONS

The majority being RUBBISH UKPC CLAIMS
And as said follow what @Johny86 did

"Occupant left site. Vehicle owner/driver left site."No, not in UKPC / DCBLegal case. No SAR.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
