Forbury Retail Park UKPC, DCB Legal ticket

Hi Guys,
I had recently received a County Court Letter for a parking ticket that was issued in 2020. We entered to Forbury Retail park and got a ticket for parking there. They have claimed that "The vehicle was parked in breach of the Terms on Cs sign".
Date of Issue: 20th April 2023
AOS submitted on 26th April 2023
Can someone tell me how much time i have to submit my defence. I am in the process of preparing the same and will share as soon as its ready. I read the newbee page but couldnt find the dates calculation.
Very strange how they are sending ticket when the sign board says 3hrs maximum stay and there was no clear sign of any parking payments or anything on site.

Can someone tell me how much time i have to submit my defence. With a Claim Issue Date of 20th April, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Tuesday 23rd May 2023 to file your Defence.
That's two weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.2 -
@KeithP will swing by with your dates.
In the meantime please adapt the defence by @Johny86 as seen in EVERY DCB Legal court claim thread this year.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Has the driver been made known in any correspondence/phone calls? - if any made.2 -

There are two entrances, one sign is covered by a bush, the other nearly covered by a bush says 3 hours free parking
I have said many times before, you need a step ladder and binoculars to read UKPC signs inside the car park. Forbury is no different.
The landowner is well aware of the UKPC money grabbing tactics and will cancel REGARDLES what stage it is at.
What so called T&C's do they claim you broke ??
Sadly, DCBL take on crap cases and don't have a clue about the claim. That is why they continue to chicken out and discontinue. A sad so called legal who are just a joke
You can now enjoy this silly game and follow the experts on here
AND.... If these fools don't discontinue and it goes to court, happy to join you in Reading County Court to get DCBL SPANKED when you can claim your costs.
AND .... your claim will be signed by Yasmin Mia WHO IN TURN CLAIMS what she signed is TRUE.??? REALLY ??
JUDGES DO NOT LIKE FAKERY
AND .... if the judge wants to see the rubbish UKPC signs, it's only a 5 minute walk from the court
Enjoy the fun

Thanks so much guys. There was no clear mentioning of what Terms & Conditions were breached. It just says Clients T & C's were breached.
This is wrong. There must be so many people who get scared when they get a PCN and pay off. Thats bad.

"There must be so many people who get scared when they get a PCN and pay off."
Exactly - and the scammers (Hansard) are laughing all the way to the bank:-
"And a very profitable scam it is too:-"Steve Gooding, director of the RAC Foundation, said:“If only the rest of the economy was booming like the private parking sector, perhaps we’d all be feeling more prosperous.“Private parking looks set to be a billion pound-a-year business, if it isn’t already, with demands for up to £100 a time being sent out to drivers at the rate of more than one every three seconds."2 -
I checked the reason for this ticket, its "Occupant left site. Vehicle owner/driver left site."
There is no mentioning on the UKPC boards about Drivers not leaving the vehicle.
We are 100% sure we went for shopping because there is nothing else there. We have no friends or relatives in that area that we would have used this car park.
It was in 2020, so we dont remember exactly which shop we went to. Most likely it might be Decathlon but not 100% sure.
Is it okay if i mention "I dont remember which shop we went to" in my defence0 -
They need to prove you left the site.
How do you think they could possibly do that?2
