    Dear Sirs,

    I've read your email.

A different location is wholly irrelevant to the doctrine of cause of action estoppel. Have you got a law degree or are you a roboclaim hotdesk minion?

Ever heard of the Overriding Objective?

Get a grip on rules of law and stop harassing and exposing victims with 'drip, drip' series of separate claims that involve the same parties, with your clients rehearsing the same tired arguments and expecting the courts to allow multiple hearings and duplicated fees.

I'll show this email exchange with my Witness Statement bundle for each and every near-duplicated claim your clients pursue against me.

    Yours faithfully

    YOUR NAME

    Well said haha

It has been a month since I sent that last email to NPM and Gladstones.

I have not received a reply from any of them since.

Haha, sometimes people have never heard again from roboclaim gits after I've written them something robust (a tad rude, even) to send.  After all these firms cannot expect respect from the public they try to rip off!

Anyway, to change the law and (hopefully) create a fairer regime that stops this litigation culture, the law is changing as we speak.  We sincerely hope that you are au fait with the need to respond to the final Government Public Consultation?

We all need to ram the nail in the coffin of the false £70 'DRA fee' add-on, that actually funds the court claim and toxic CCJ culture.  Please come back here when it opens.  If you are not a regular reader, to be alerted you'll need to bookmark the thread by MSE_JC at the top of the forum and enable (on your profile) email alerts for bookmarked threads.

The announcement & final update is expected this month from the DLUHC.

Please come back in a couple of weeks or in August if you can.  Don't miss it if your case goes cold, you will want your voice heard and evidence seen, I am sure!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Well, I received a letter before claim by Gladstones yet again.

This time it is regarding 3 PCN's (NPM again) all of which were in 2020.
The location of all 3 PCNs is exactly the same as the 4 PCN's claim I filed a defence against.

I am sure none of these PCNs included a PCN on the windscreen of my car back then.
They just took pictures of my car and sent NTK ticket through the post.

Also, it is strange how now they removed all the 'Estimated Court Fee' and 'Estimated Fixed Solictors' Costs' both of them are now 0... Do they think I will pay now that they removed the fees?
So the total is £510. £170 for each PCN.

They already filed 2 separate claims against me.
And now they want to file another claim regarding the same location from over 3 years ago. This is an absolute joke now.

If you have only received a letter before claim you can respond to it as per the instructions in the NEWBIE sticky (or as you did when you received the one for your live clam) but add the words you will find by searching the forum for Henderson v Henderson as they should have advanced all their claims together rather than drip feeding them.

There is more than one robust LBC response on this forum that talks about Henderson v Henderson.  I recall writing at least two like that last year.
