They finally got back to me by email giving me a new 30 day threat to respond to the following:

We note you have stated the driver had paid in full and left the site within the parking time paid for with evidence to prove this. We kindly request for sufficient evidence of this to be provided to us to review and respond accordingly.

I'm going to tell them that I have already given ParkingEye amble evidence to prove I left in time and that if they are a legal outfit it should be part of their due diligence to have got all the evidence from Parking Eye in the first place.

Other than their aim to threaten me more, I can't see why I should need to provide them with any more evidence.

You could take that stance but the pragmatic option is to send them exactly what you have already sent to ParkingEye, it may stop them in their tracks.  Also, if it came to a hearing, you could point out to the judge, the extent of their unreasonable behaviour and get enhanced costs.
