We’re getting drip fed info from the OP and generally speaking there’s some poor advice on this thread overall.
So you paid £400 for the TV. Which model TV was it? If it’s one of their 1st edition QD-OLED TVs then £400 is far too cheap, even if it was refurbished or ex-demo.
If it’s clearly a pricing error (and I’d say this would fall into that category) then they can demand the TV back or for you to pay the difference, delivered or not.
What have they actually said in the email? Has there been any correspondence between the two of you that you haven’t told us about?
I suspect they don’t really want the TV back, they’d rather you paid for it. I’d suggest speaking to them and try and come up with some sort of agreement. I suspect even in the best case scenario you won’t pay less than £1k for this set though.
