Hi
I dont know what to do. please help if you can...
I bought a Bargin discounted 2022 TV from Samsung Direct online last week.
now they are claiming that" I want to return it,(and are arranging a refund, asainst my wishes) which is a compleate lie.
I dont want to return it..!
they cant force me to return it can they?
I bought an expensive wall mount and drilled it to the wall, [14 holes] as well as giving my old TV to family.
I can not reply as the email says no reply's to this account??
I also cant login to the Samsung web site anymore, my order was deleted of the account.
but I have email reciepts and a few screen grabs.
Best regards
Dave

What the hell size of TV needs 14 holes to mount it? Helped a friend mount his 83" TV the other day and that only required 4 holes (and technically could have just been 2)
Why are the asking for it to be returned?
You need to read the T&Cs about when the contract is formed, normally its at point of posting.0 -
Is there something you haven't explained?
I don't understand why Samsung would have sent you such an email for no reason whatsoever.
If you are confident that they have no reason to have sent it, ignore them1 -
Can you share the actual contents of the email on here, with any personal details redacted?0

I think you’ll need to give the full story if you want any meaningful answers.0

Scam?Email not from Samsung?Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0
-
How much did you pay for it compared to what everyone else is selling it for? Did you get it at a 'mistake' price? Or a regular price?

Have they sent you the correct TV? Perhaps what you’ve received is not the bargain set that you ordered and paid for?0

Yeah I put a few extra fixings in, because its a plasterboard wall and the bracket is a extra long reach 1200mm, so I can swing it in to the room.I ve just had another email saying my refund was approved[with a refund credit note doc] and can take 5-7 days....The TV was £1800 and I got it for under £400 which I thought was great, but now I think, they think that was too cheep and are trying to snatch it back.if they refund, without my permission or request, am I legally required to return it?I recon there up to dirty tricks to try to reinvoice for a higher price.the anoying thing is you cant reply to them, they do have my phone so they could call me.0

If they’re contacting you about the refund I can’t see there’s no way you can’t contact them?Still sounds very ‘odd’ this whole business. Think you need to provide all the facts0
