What reason have they given for stating that you wish to return this TV?What does this "refund credit note" say?Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0

Personally I'd just be ignoring them from this point. Unless there's something important you're not telling us, the contract is completed. They have no rights to take back the TV, even if they refund you the money.1

If they advertised a particular TV - say a model 'XYZ123' - at £400 - and you've bought an 'XYZ123' at £400 - And they've then invoiced for and delivered an 'XYZ123' - then the contract is complete. Did you get something different to what was ordered? Or are there any other hidden details to the story we'd need to know to understand the position more clearly?

Wouldn't you just ring customer services quote your reference number and ask them about it2

I think your right Ill have to wait for more detail from them.the credit note looks correct to what I ordered and was delivered,I got exactly what I ordered, with great service to be fair... 2 man delivery to the room of choice.the only thing I didnt say was I tried to order a 2nd TV 2022 oled for another room a bout 1 hr later, it was more arround 700, but still a great deal. but that got canceled after it left the factory, but before delivery to me. the courer said he saw the deliery on the system but they canceled it. the only other weird thing was there was 3 delverys scheduled, but I only got one TV. I checked my bank and had paid for the two, and got refunded for the second one a few days ago

Trying again - have Samsung given a reason for believing that you wish to return the TV?

So from what you've said, it could be an admin mix up if you've got several orders/cancellations/refunds that have already happened. Based on what you've said, the best thing to do is to call them to find out what's happening. As I mentioned above - if you ordered XYZ123 and got XYZ123 and paid for XYZ123, then that particular contract is complete. If they've accidentally refunded it - you won't be entitled to keep the TV and the refund, so you're best getting in touch with them to point out their error so that you have actually paid for the TV that you're intending to keep.

If an obviously wrong price was shown on the website, and a £1800 TV for £400 would potentially fall into that category, they can cancel the order after accepting it. This is somewhat different as the order was accepted and the TV delivered. That would seem to be a contract created and completed. If that is true I don't see how they can demand the TV back.

Unilateral mistake. They can treat the contract as null and void. You thought it was great and too cheap, even to the extent of ordering a second.0
