The facts as known to the Defendant:
2. It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper and driver of the vehicle.
3. The defendant was parked in this car park as he was visiting the charity shop to drop off an item. The defendant has used this car park previously and this was given the all clear by the charity shop when dropping items for donation. The signs in the car park were unclear and hard to read. The defendant felt that as he was visiting a vendor whom has a right to the car park and who had previously given permission for the defendant to park within it that it was ok to do so on this occasion without any further action. The parking charge that followed came as a shock to the defendant.

Maybe change as above, if you were a frequent visitor you probably knew the signage or restrictions.mohammadb1234 said:The facts as known to the Defendant:

Yep, slot that shorter version by @Le_Kirk into the defence by @Johny86 (= 33 paragraphs) and sign & date & email it off as a PDF to the CCBC as set out in the Template Defence '12 first steps'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks for your help. I have visited a few times. But it changed just before the last time I visited to bank park management who installed the anpr camera. Since then I’ve avoided the car park. But I’ll leave it as you’ve edited the paragraphs as wouldn’t want to look like a repeat offender.Le_Kirk said:

You can either print, sign and scan to .pdf or take a photo of (or scan) your signature on white paper/card and copy that to your defence .pdf.2
