Help transferring an isa fund

How do I go about transferring an s&s isa from aviva to a provider like iWeb or ii? I don’t really get the in specie or cash transfer bit? I will open the account with no funds and like the existing aviva transfered over and have my aviva switched into a vanguard lifestrategy 80% fund if that makes any sense. What would be the best way to go about this

This is the third new thread you've started about this since last night - despite minor variations on a theme, wouldn't it make more sense to continue with one of the existing ones?

Do a cash transfer then buy the lifestrategy 80% fund once the money has come across - very simple.1

Cash: Although it is cash, it is cash held in a Stocks and Shares ISA wrapper -> they have up to 30 days.
S&S and Cash: Someone I know recently completed an in specie transfer, and they wanted to transfer stocks and cash. The provider said they would do the in specie stocks first, then the cash.
For context, HL states 2-6 weeks ~ https://www.hl.co.uk/investment-services/isa/transfer-an-existing-isa
AJ Bell says ~ https://www.ajbell.co.uk/transferring-to-us
Type of investment | Time taken to transfer
Cash only| 2-4 weeks
Shares | 4-6 weeks
Funds | 6-8 weeks
International shares | 10-12 weeks
