Helping my husband transfer his s&s isa from aviva.co.uk due to the high cost. It was set up by a financial advisor who he no longer uses. And just pays in a monthly amount to his isa. His isa is the 'Aviva Investors Multi-Asset Plus III 2 Acc' fund.
He's looking to transfer out to a fixed fee platform like possibly ii or iWeb. Has anyone who's had an s&s isa with aviva.co.uk transferred out over to another provider and can advise on the best way to go about this.

Re 'the best way to go about it', any ISA transfer must be initiated by completing the receiving provider's ISA transfer form, and they take care of it from there.

Do not contact Aviva about it, as that will just confuse matters.

Could you please stick to one thread?
As per another thread, your husband’s investments in his ISA with Aviva will have to be sold to cash then the cash transferred to a new provider & new investments bought. When he decides on the new provider, there will be a place on their transfer form for him to say this is what he wants.
