    It appears that:
Zopa allows withdrawals of amounts including pennies and there will be a decimal point on the app keyboard.
Zopa allows transfers between pots of whole pounds only, so there's no decimal point.

Now go back and look at the two screenshots posted earler - and note that the headings are different.
My app comes up exactly the same for transfer or withdrawals, no decimal point. In the same way Masonic gets the decimal for both. Based on comments earlier if I can persuade Android to include the decimal, then that should work.

Have you tried installing a third party keyboard app via the Play store as suggested previously? Something like Swiftkey?

I beliebe it is a known bug in the Android numeric keyboard on some devices

The work around is to use the google keyboard. Install it from the app store and make it default

Lol, I get the full qwerty keyboard.
    It must be device specific.

Yes, it will be dependent on your device manufacturer (some, such as Samsung, push their own keyboard), version of Android, and whether you've loaded an alternative keyboard to your device. But easily changed if you so desire. The keyboard app itself may also be configurable.

    Hi,
Zopa seems to only allow transfers, withdrawals or payments in whole pounds. Have I missed something?

I have transferred less than a pound between pots on many occasions, recently transferred 1p.
