As above, save evidence/details for the witness statement/exhibits, but do mention the points briefly in your defence. If it is not in your defence then you can't add them later, so include everything you intend to rely on later.

Noted. Does it make sense to briefly mention about a mistake the parking officer has made issuing one of the PCN’s (‚Shopping bay’ incorrectly identified as a disabled bay) or can he skip it because of legislation??

    many thanks

Definitely mention that it is an accessible bay (the correct term for a disabled bay). It is irrelevant that it may have been called a shopping bay as well or instead.

Parking "officer"???? Don't be giving them a status they are not worthy of. "Operative"... maybe.

All ready for tomorrow, I wanted to thank everyone for their help so far.

A little panicking, does it make sense sending two copies of the email, one as instructed to ccbcaq@… and another one to their main address ccbc@…
    ??-

    Many thanks

No. Just send to ccbcaq. You should get an immediate auto-response. If you don't get the response, try again. If still no luck, try using a different mail agent. It has been known to be a bit iffy with GMail accounts.
  • Hi all,
I have an update on my case, a few days ago, I received the acknowledgment receipt for my defense (attached). As every case is different and may require different approach, would you recommend to wait for the DQ arrival or would it be better to download it and email to CCBC and the claimant/solicitor?

Thank you for your continuous support!

    Regards,

    Sc

My thought is that is exactly what you should be expecting if you are following the Newbies / Template defence threads
