Hi, I paid both fines this morning, a CCJ had been taken out against me on the 21st April. DCB Legal have said that they will update the courts and the CCJ taken off my file within 48 hours.

Quite a few reviews I've read of DCB Legal (all 1*) say they're not reliable at contacting the courts and removing the CCJ.

Is there anyone else you'd recommend contacting to ensure it's done?

I'm still in shock i've had to pay £600 for parking in my own space at my flat and would like to complain to someone.
  • You and other residents need to complain to the Management agents who run the block of flats and get these scamming parasites removed asap.

But why did you pay the two PCNs that were only at LBC stage? They could have been defended and easily won against UKPC and DCB Legal. What a waste of your money. The bottom-dwelling pair must be laughing all the way to the bank as they've received not only the original £100/PCN but all their false added charges.

@B789 I think the OP has paid the 2 County Court Claims which he was late defending and so received CCJ's.

As far as I can tell the OP hasn't paid the ones at LBC stage!

Ah, OK. I just went back and had a quick look at the first post which stated:
The tickets are in various stages of the process. I've followed the guidelines for the first and the other two are now at the Letter Before Claim stage where I need to email off my defence. I'm yet to do this as I'm incredibly busy at work.
I just assumed that one was the CCJ for failing to either defend in time. My bad.  :/

That's right, I'm defending one ticket but the others had put a CCJ on my file.

Hi, sorry for another post, but this is the latest correspondence I've had through with reference to the 2017 ticket I'm defending. Am I now waiting to hear further and see whether this will go to court? Oh, how I would LOVE my day in court with DCB/UKPC... after what they've cost me in stress and fine's this week...

Thanks Coupon-mad. It's been nearly a month, how long would you expect to wait? And what are the chances?

You know what happens in DCB Legal cases...don't you?

We've shown you a link, surely, or (if not) you've spotted @Umkomaas' thread all about DCB Legal discontinuances?
