Android 10 cant find how to turn off govt alerts

seeing as you cant trust a word the govt says i want ot turn off the govt alerts, I have android 10 but in notifications I cant see advanced and searching emergency alerts doesnt find anytihng, anyone know how to do it please?

    Yay - disabling it on my iPhone worked!
    I might re-enable it now.

    But if you are on 3g or android under 12 it seems you won't receive it.

    MrsM's Android 10 4G tablet went off.
    To turn off - Apps and Notifications - Emergency Alerts - and turn off the individual levels.
    With my Android 11 you can turn alerts off in one go
