Finally came through but not sure what I need to do now.
I must say that if I had realised the £50 was not just going to be a cash transfer to my account, I'd never have gone for this deal.
My phone is very old with no more capacity and I don't have a printer!
Wish the people setting up these deals would care that we're not all youngsters who find this way of doing things intuitive - intuitive and straightforward they are not.

The promotion is clearly marked as an 'e-voucher' (and not a cashback) promotion and you would have clicked to say that you'd read the promotion T&Cs so I'm not sure why you would have expected cash ?

My email was pretty self-explanatory. What do the instructions say ? As Chrome is my default browser, rather than clicking on the button to access my Amazon voucher and risking problems, I just copied the link (which was also provided in the email) and pasted it into Edge. Before you reveal your code or voucher, just make sure you have the means to save it and possibly do a screenshot too. Amazon just require a code (so there is no voucher to save off) but I'm not sure how it'll work for other retailers.

Must be wonderful to be perfect.
I did not see the comment about it being an e-voucher. If I had, as already stated , I would not have gone for this.
You might like to onsider that not everyone is as perfect as you so maybe I missed the e voucher reference.
    But hey, mea culpa.
Still think certain aspects should be emphasised if they were really trying to promote their brand. All it's done for me is make me anti Santander. But again, I'm not perfect.
