    Thanks
I have tried disabling the adblocker on Avast but same result.
I have tried ringing Santander who gave me an email for simply thankyou who they said do the business. But have had no reply.
Another call to Santander is on the cards.

Thanks for updating & glad you got it sorted. No idea why it didn’t work on your PC though.
  • Santander e voucher: I received £25 and not £50 any one having same problem.
  • Are you sure ?
When my wife received her voucher, if I remember correctly, the download defaulted to £25. I think it assumes you want to split the voucher between two retailers.

I think you’re right. Default is £25, so if you want £50 from same company, you simply add 2. I think it’s a good idea.

Just got mine this evening I selected Amazon, it defaulted to £25 I hit the drop down and selected £50. Code came in a few mins and £50 added to Amazon account. Reckon your code and pin will still be valid for another £25.

Prompted by a '30 days remaining' warning email from Santander, I finally got round to redeeming my £50 eVoucher. In case this is useful to anyone else, I had problems with Chrome last time (Windows 10 PC) so decided to use Edge from the outset this time and didn't have any issues. I went for Amazon (for ease) and had to change the amount to £50 using the drop-down list, as noted above. The eCode email was received within a few minutes but had to be retrieved from my Gmail spam folder.

Thanks to this thread, I tried using Edge and also finally got this to work. I selected my choice of retailer, filled in my details and what now?
Nothing has come through on email - is about 45 minutes.  Am I being impatient?
    Help.

Maybe check spam, check email details correct, etc, it’s been a while but sure I didn’t wait that long.
