I disagree partly. Flights tend to go on sale before slots are confirmed (typically this will be July/August for flights from October for example, was January for flights from March). There has to be some flexibility in this for all concermed.brianposter said:It is a pretty stupid system where bringing forward a flight does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, as "significant" is something that depends on the circumstances of the individual passenger. So make a fuss and a formal complaint.
I use Ryanair and Wizz a lot recently, not so much Easyjet (mainly as they don't fly where I want/need to go), but both will accept a flight change of 5 minutes to warrant some flexibility (Wizz much more than Ryanair). Easyjet don't offer this flexibility.
I believe a change of time at all should entitle a passenger to a refund. 90% (like me most of the time) won't care but for the other 10% it may present a bigger challenge.💙💛 💔2
