If all you received was a PCN through the post, no windscreen ticket, then that is classed as an NtK. As you are at claim stage, it is not really relevant anymore.

Could someone send me the link pls to a defence template. Additionally, is it purely a defence that has to be submitted in response the the claim for CCJ - and ninwitness statement at this stage
