You can certainly raise the issue to the court but I don't think they will really be interested at this stage. These things take time to work through and delays are common. Plus you waited how long to actually make the application? So what's another couple of months?

Thank you for replying. You are very kind. 

Wife has temporary council accommodation, universal credit for 3 (16,12,7 years old) of my kids, child benefit, child maintenance from me, working part time as carer so more money, i had to do a money transfer from credit card in order to survive (my mortgage paymens are going up monthly) Each month i am on minus, i dont even no what will happen to me but i want to divorce her. Sick and tied. I just want to sell everything and take my share, and move on with my life. In terms of my kids i am at the moment lucky i am able to see them and talk to them but lets see what she does in future. 

She knows (informed at mediation) if she receives lump sum she has a lot of benefits to loose. I dont know how we will resolve this at court.

i have £90k in pension CETV, court might say to give all of this so she can keep her benefits because she will not receive pension now.

she put a matrimonial home rights on house so i cant sell, she blocked divorce, she wants to ruin my life. I said to her long time ago 50/50 or 60 to her and 40 to me she said no. All my money is tied up in house.

Update:

i have FDA in September (i made application), now suddenly her solicitor called me and said the are not representing her anymore. Wife said to me due to ill health she does not want to deal with any financial matter. I submitted all my documents to court, wife does not exchange form e and evidence with me before FDA. 

The D11 stay for final order coming out until finances resolved that was put on by wife solicitor and granted by a judge was wrong. I made a D11 and new judge said previous jusdge should not have granted stay without a hearing at court. So i am awaiting divorce court date. 

Wife is using every legal means to block me getting a divorce from her. Now she wont even turn up for FDA, she is trying to drag out so i don’t divorce her. 

13 months after a no fault divorce and i am still not divorced from her, pointless no fault divorce. 

Totally fed up of all this from her. I need to move on in life 😞

If she's got genuine health reasons (with a letter from her GP) etc then she will have to turn up to the court and present them. If she just doesn't show up, then while it might be annoying it will probably work in your favour in the long run because she'll be !!!!!! off the judge. I doubt they actually ever get as far as contempt charges etc but it won't help their case if they just act the goat. 

Just make sure your paperwork is ready and in order and attend the FDA if it goes ahead.

She thinks because she told her solicitor not to pursue for financial (i presume because her solicitor could not get legal aid for her) therefore now suddenly health problem and financial through the court has stopped. I have emailed her telling her to exchange form e and she does not reply. 

Its all tactics for me not to get final order paper because she does not want me to divorce her and marry someone else in future.

I have submitted all my documents to the PO Box address in Harlow London at the beginning of this month, i have called finalcial remediy center to check if my documents have been scanned, still has not been done. I have Royal Mail special delivery proof they received it at harlow office. I sent everything all in one except for statement of issues, questioninaire as i dont have mrs form e.

If your ex doesn't exchange her Form E before the FDA then I imagine the judge will tell her to do it ASAP and give her a talking to. 

As I think I told you previously the financial order doesn't have to be completed in order to finalise the divorce. All she's really doing is making life more difficult for herself and presumably providing you an opportunity to do whatever you want with her share of the assets? So she's only hurting herself. Take a nice holiday knowing that she will be paying for half of it as its less she will get in any settlement, relax, and let her deal with whatever she is dealing with.

I dont want her, she is not my wife, i said to stay civil for kids but noooo, she has made my life hell. She has shown me the kids, if she blocks me in future, i will have to do c100 to court. She is cohesive and controlling, which is domestic violence, but no one cares because i am a man 😞 

Why cant people be civil during divorce 🤷🏼‍♂️

she wants to take my kids abroad, she has not even got my permission and i heard she booked tickets. Id i dont know what to do 🤷🏼‍♂️, she is doing anything she wants 🤦🏼‍♂️

You can certainly object to your children being taken abroad and even get an order to prevent it if you want to. Do you think there's a risk she will take them overseas and stay there? If it's just a holiday I wouldn't stress yourself about it - I'm not sure why you expend so much energy allowing her to stess you out tbh - but if you think there's a genuine risk of abduction then speak to a solicitor.

Fda on Monday, suddenly this week get a email from new solicitor saying they are representing her. New solicitor sent email to me and court saying to delay FDA as her client (wife) is on depression tablets and anxiety, due to that she could not prepare and exchange Form E and all evidence with me and court (lying), she got medical letter and solicitor attached this. Solicitor aslo mentioned on email to court and me that i have sent text to wife regarding FDA  18 September, will the judge accept her delay. This is all tactics to delay the final divorce paper coming out. Disgusting cohesive behaviour but no one cares that she is doing this 😢
